Robert St. Aubin

Coming from an academic background in Mathematics, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Robert has more than 20 years of management consulting experience with a dedicated focus on Business Transformation and Technology. He has broad expertise in project management, business transformation, and IT system selection, procurement, implementation, and integration. His experience spans a wide array of functional business areas including finance and accounting, asset management, payroll and HR, fleet operations, supply chain, and permitting. Rob leads the Digital Transformation Practice at Cascadia.

Rob has a PhD in Computer Science with a specialization in AI, as well as a Masters degree in Statistics and Probability. Robert joined Cascadia Partners in 2016 and is one of the founding partners.

On weekends, Rob can be found seawall running, playing tennis, or hitting the Grouse Grind with his partner Veronica and (hopefully soon) their son James. When they are not in Vancouver, you can find them exploring new regions of the world—whether it be a trek in Nepal, hiking to an active volcano in Hawaii, or diving for conch in the Caribbean.
