- Analyzed current and historical financial information from 10 Provincial / State Park systems, half of which were privately run and half of which were publicly run.
- Collected tens of thousands of Trip Advisor ratings and analyzed the data to uncover trends in the user experiences of public and privately run campgrounds.
- Developed a hypothesis on the trade-offs between privately and publicly run campgrounds.
- Outcome
The client better understood the financial and user experience impacts of both public and privately run campgrounds and made a policy decision based on these insights.
