Fleet Electrification

Cascadia has produced Green Fleet and Vehicle Electrification plans for Municipal fleets ranging from 100 to 2000 vehicles. Most recently, another municipality engaged Cascadia to provide a financial business case and path forward for the City to meet its sustainability goals.

• Generated a dynamic model to find scenarios that achieved the City’s GHG emissions reduction targets for 400+ vehicles in its municipal fleet.
• Worked with City procurement and finance departments to smooth capital investments and built a capital plan for the next 10 years.
• Delivered a final Green Fleet Plan report with key findings, a clear path to electrification for the 400+ vehicles, and a capital plan to be presented to City Council.

The City Council adopted the Green Fleet Plan and added critical investments to its draft budget for implementation of fleet electrification.
