Program Development & Delivery
Provincial Social Services Organization
Project Focus Areas
- Context
A provincial social services organization was developing a new program that guides and connects their clients with high quality professional services to improve legal and social outcomes. The organization faced challenges defining the specific vision, goals, and operational structure needed to coordinate service delivery among multiple teams and provide continuity of support for clients. They were seeking strategic alignment before they could continue to the next stage of program development.
- Our Approach
- Interviewed the management team to clarify their expectations, the intended outcomes of the program, and the operational limitations of the organization.
- Conducted workshops and compiled findings to offer recommendations for program design, including job descriptions, training needs, and standard operating procedures for success.
- Led the program delivery team through program implementation, overseeing governance, operations, IT strategy, technology development, tracking KPIs, change management, and communications.
- Outcome
The provincial social services organization arrived at a clear vision for its new program, with leadership’s buy-in. Cascadia was asked to lead the new program’s delivery from kick-off to program launch, including systems implementation, hiring, and training. The project was delivered on-time and on budget.
