After years of attempts to digitize workforce and equipment management, a large, diversified construction company engaged Cascadia Partners to support the digitization and automation of their operations, including capturing the scheduling and deployment of both labour and equipment and connecting that data capture to payroll and billing processes.

- Gathered business requirements and revised the overall technology strategy and platform architecture of the proposed technology solution.
- Conducted a comprehensive market scan and managed a procurement process to find the best technology vendor to meet basic system requirements.
- Led the implementation of a new system to automate processes and digitize information flows, including design & development of custom data processing tools.
- Outcome
Following the successful implementation of a labour and equipment capture system, Cascadia has been retained to digitize many other elements of the company's operations, expanding the reach of the new technology system to two additional divisions of the business and numerous other functions, including document management, subcontracting management, quality and safety tracking, and environmental reporting.
