An organization embedded in port labour mobilization had realigned their data analytic services with programming and technology operations, presenting the opportunity for a new and improved technology strategy to guide future decisions surrounding acquisition, deployment, integration, and use of technology assets and resources.
- Our Approach
- Completed a full current state assessment and framework alignment to develop a comprehensive understanding the organization, existing constraints, and current goals.
- Led strategic exploration workshops to uncover other potential goals and objectives, both large and small, that would add value to the organization.
- Synthesized and communicated the findings to allow the organization to begin implementation of the new technology strategy, while also maintaining flexibility to adapt the strategy as required.
- Outcome
The newly developed technology strategy aligns with Board priorities and the organization's larger corporate goals. It outlines a clear path to achieving the critical objectives around advancing data and technology applications, while also detailing the necessary supporting steps, such as team development and competency building, to ensure successful delivery.
