A Canadian Airport lacked formal enterprise-level Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities to manage interactions with their many stakeholders such as airlines, vendors, service providers, and tenants. Cascadia partnered with Purely CRM to implement Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM across the organization.

- Conducted workshops with various departments to assess the current information environment and gather the team’s business objectives and requirements to guide the configuration and customization of D365 CRM.
- Led the implementation of D365 using agile methodology, prioritizing new features and enhancements based on business needs.
- Maintained ongoing consultation and communication with system users, consistently sharing project benefits and success stories to assist in change management and increase user adoption.
- Outcome
D365 CRM is now operational and benefiting numerous departments. Teams are experiencing the core benefits of a CRM including cross-team visibility of stakeholder interactions, increased operational efficiency, organizational memory, task automation, and improved stakeholder communication.
