The mortgage origination group of a major asset management company engaged Cascadia to re-engineer their business intelligence framework which was highly manual, error prone, and lacking in granularity and useful levels of insight.

• Worked with Business users to identify key metrics, reporting and data-analytic requirements.
• Identified data from source systems, built data ingestion pipelines, and modelled data to support reporting requirements.
• Developed automatically updating, visual dashboards to support decision-making.

The dashboards have been used to help initiate a host of additional data-driven inquiries and provide new insights on the business.
