Jared Friedman
Jared has more than 20 years experience in both consulting and engineering roles, ranging from manufacturing companies to leadership roles in both boutique and global consulting firms. Jared excels at business process design and technology-supported business change. His expertise includes business transformation, systems implementation, strategic planning, and financial analysis and modeling. Jared has worked extensively with more than 10 municipalities and provincial agencies across B.C. in the last five years, helping advance the adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies. His recent interest has been in delivering strategies for onboarding clean technologies, automated vehicles, and smart infrastructure solutions.
Prior to joining Cascadia in 2017, Jared led KPMG’s Public Sector Practice in British Columbia and founded a boutique consulting firm called Advisory North. He has an MBA from Cornell University and an Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.
Outside of work, Jared keeps busy exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife Beth and four kids—Rory, Logan, Eli, and Teagan.
