Andrew is a senior leader with nearly two decades of experience driving transformational change and operational excellence in the public sector. He has modernized processes, implemented innovative systems, and led high-performing teams to deliver impactful results.
Before joining Cascadia, Andrew was the Manager of Strategy and Performance at the City of Calgary, where he led digital transformation initiatives, introduced new organizational frameworks, and championed diversity and inclusion efforts. Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative approach, Andrew excels at fostering innovation and guiding teams to achieve impactful, sustainable outcomes.
Andrew holds an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Calgary.
Outside of work, Andrew is likely spending time with his wife and three young children or tackling a home renovation project.Â
