Carl Lindfeldt
Carl has held operational and strategic leadership roles in organizations ranging from start-ups to large multinational organizations in Scandinavia, United States, and Canada. Immediately prior to joining Cascadia, he held positions as the Director of Operations for two public health startups. In addition to being a skilled project manager, he has a strong understanding of the relationships between people, processes, and technologies as contributors to business efficiency. Carl is also certified in Lean Six Sigma.
In the early days of his career, Carl worked in aviation as a commercial pilot, instructor, and examiner prior to taking on a series of operational and strategic leadership roles at Scandinavian Airlines. These days, you can find him with his partner and child in Squamish, enjoying the mountains.
