Alastair Caddick
Alastair has 20+ years’ experience as a strategy consultant, project manager, and executive leader. His experience spans a range of industries including aviation, energy, public service, health care, telecommunications, financial services, and manufacturing. Alastair excels at providing clients with advice and hands-on support to their most challenging business problems. He is often called by executive teams when organizations are at a critical impasse—for instance when projects are stalled because of financial or governance challenges or when organizations are looking to scale quickly but lack the in-house bandwidth and systems to do so.
Prior to launching Cascadia, Alastair was Vice President of Strategic Programs at CHC Helicopter, where he led the supply chain and inventory management team, as well as their maintenance and repair subsidiary.
Alastair and his wife Jane live on the North Shore with their three active boys. Their weekends include family adventures such as backcountry camping, canoeing, skiing, or road-tripping. The Caddick’s are half-way to meeting their goal of visiting every National Park in Canada.
