Earl Gordon

Earl has 20 years of management consulting experience helping senior leaders solve their biggest problems, transform their organizations, develop strategies, and improve performance. He is passionate about data and analytics, and some of his most impactful projects have been helping organizations get more out of their data. Earl has served clients in the public and private sector, with significant experience working with Health Authorities and Health Ministries, Workers' Compensation Boards, and medical laboratories.

Prior to joining Cascadia in 2020, Earl founded his own boutique consultancy and was a Senior Manager in the Healthcare Practice of a global consulting firm. Earl holds a Master of Science degree in Management Science from Stanford and a Bachelor of Science in Math, Statistics and Commerce from UBC.

Outside the office, Earl can be found on the soccer field—coaching his daughter’s team and playing recreationally—or building spreadsheets for absolutely everything in his life. He is the firm’s go-to consultant for BBQing gourmet meats and sampling Vancouver's excellent craft beer scene.
