David Zhang

Born and raised in Scarborough Ontario, David is a recent HBA graduate from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. David studied economics for two years prior to his business administration program and was an exchange student in Germany for his final year. His work experiences have mainly focused on economics, supply chain, procurement, digital transformation, and business strategy.

Prior to joining Cascadia, David’s recent experience includes a strategic implementation of a support directorate within the public space to enhance negotiation strategies for future contract negotiations and a go-to market strategy for a healthcare agency’s new advisory arm. He also has a keen interest in Web3, AI, and sustainable urban transportation. He hopes that he can combine his knowledge of economics with these interests to help create more sustainable communities in the future.

During his free time, David enjoys several hobbies including dancing, writing music, cycling, and spending time with friends and family.
