Jeffrey Hawkins

Jeff has more than 15 years of consulting and data analytics experience, working with a range of clients to diagnose and address business challenges using data. Jeff excels at guiding teams through the process of drawing data out of silos, applying advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to address service, efficiency, and operational issues, and identifying opportunities to use data to drive decision-making and innovation. Jeff has applied this expertise extensively across the financial sector, resource sector, and transportation & logistics sector.

Prior to joining Cascadia in 2020, Jeff was the Global Head of Divisional Strategic Analysts at Goldman Sachs where he developed statistical machine learning solutions for the CFO, as well as the Management & Strategy Office of the Investment Banking Division. Jeff holds a PhD in Operations Research from MIT and Bachelor of Mathematics and Statistics from UBC.

After a decade of living in the hustle and bustle of New York, Jeff and his family can now be found enjoying days spent at the beach, visiting local parks and forests, hiking, and skiing.
