Liam Elbourne
An economist by training, Liam works at the intersection of theory and data to help organizations tackle their most complex strategic, operational, and policy challenges. He excels at leveraging tools from economics – from econometrics and statistics to game theory and behavioural economics – to help clients optimize their decision-making and (re)shape their competitive environment. During his time at Cascadia, he has applied these tools across a wide variety of sectors, including agriculture, financial services, transportation, retail, and technology.
Liam is a Rhodes Scholar, holding an MPhil in Economics from Oxford and a BBA in Economics & Finance from St. Francis Xavier University.
Hailing from both coasts, Liam and his wife Asia feel most at home when they are near the ocean. On the weekends, you can find him watching Manchester United, reading on the beach, or trying out a new recipe. Recently, he has been working on perfecting his prime rib roasts.
