A mechanical engineer by training, Jayant loves working on complex problems that have a positive impact on people, organizations, and society. He specializes in operations improvement, change management, and technical problem-solving. Prior to completing his MBA at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, Jayant worked with manufacturing organizations in sub-Saharan Africa to implement operational improvements.
Hailing from Nairobi, Kenya, Jayant always gets excited by snow and loves to explore the outdoors. Vancouver’s beautiful parks means that he’s often going out for a run, hike, or walk in search of his next adventure.
