She is an expert problem solver, communicator, and facilitator with more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational design, technology strategy, data strategy, decision facilitation, project management, and change management. She is a seasoned management consultant with a specialized skillset in leadership team facilitation.
When she’s not at Cascadia’s Victoria office, you can find Teri playing rec league soccer, curled up with a book, or fighting with a jigsaw puzzle. She lives in beautiful Victoria with her wife, two cats, and many well-loved patio plants.
