Teri dela Rosa
Teri has an expertise and passion for supporting teams and organizations through change. She is an expert problem solver, communicator, and facilitator with more than a decade of experience in project management, strategic planning, and change management. Teri is a certified FourSight facilitator—a tool used to make the most of the creative problem-solving process. Prior to joining Cascadia, Teri worked at a large research university where she specialized in strategic process management and team facilitation.
When she’s not at Cascadia’s Victoria office, you can find Teri playing rec league soccer, curled up with a library book, or fighting with a crossword puzzle. She lives in beautiful Victoria with her wife, two cats, and many well-loved patio plants.
