Paul Hiom
Paul has more than 20 years of consulting experience in strategic analysis, corporate planning, capital planning, and operations analysis. Prior to becoming a founding partner of Cascadia in 2015, Paul was the Vancouver Lead Partner for KPMG Advisory, and a former Senior Partner with SECOR and RPO Management Consultants. Paul has worked extensively with clients across the healthcare, transportation & logistics, and telecommunications industries, as well as with federal and provincial government agencies.
Paul acts as a trusted advisor to many of Cascadia’s long-held clients as well as to the Cascadia leadership team as the Chair of Cascadia’s Board.
Paul and his family live at the base of the mountains—as close to the trails as you can get. In his off hours, he can be found trail running, doing water sports, or sampling local craft beers.
