Allison Lickley
As a management consultant for nearly a decade, Allison brings together creativity, strategy, and relationship-building to tackle tough problems. As a Project Manager, Allison specializes in incorporating the human aspect in all elements of a project—from defining the vision to making change stick. Since joining Cascadia, Allison has specialized in organizational transformations for private companies, government, and crown corporations. Allison is co-founder of Women in Leadership in Vancouver (part of the Lean In network) and has served as a mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and Jumpstart Refugee Canada.
Prior to completing her MBA, Allison was an artist and entrepreneur in the music industry. On the weekends, you can find Allison hiking with her husband and young daughter, picnicking at the beach, or finding a few moments to read Spanish novels or business books.
