Norma-Jean Rocky

Norma-Jean is a senior talent leader and management consultant with 15 years of experience in HR leadership, strategy consulting, and people analytics. She has led large strategic and analytical projects as an HR leader at Salesforce, Aritzia, and WestJet Airlines. She specializes in utilizing people and business data to guide talent strategies, and using these insights to build solutions that elevate the skills, capabilities, and aspirations of organizations.

Previously, Norma-Jean was a management consultant with a global strategy consultancy and has also worked as an independent consultant supporting local businesses, non-profit organizations, and government. She advised senior leadership teams on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, leadership development, and business analysis.

She holds a Masters in Data Science and Business Analytics, a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and a Certificate in Strategic Workforce Planning.

Outside of work, Norma-Jean is likely cooking or chauffeuring her four kids to soccer, musical theatre, or their friends’ homes. She also loves to read, host large dinner parties, and ride her Peloton (#tundestribe).
