James Ma
James is a recent MBA graduate from the Ivey Business School at Western University. He is a former engineer with 9 years of experience in the automotive industry. James has led numerous product and design engineering initiatives including product development, Kaizen, database management, software implementation, and data analytics.
Before joining Cascadia, James was the design engineer behind the Ford Bronco’s headlights and multiple heavy duty truck braking components for RAM. James was also a professional eSports competitor in Super Smash Bros. Melee, ranking 14th in the world from 2017-2018.
Outside of the office, James is an avid reader, gamer, and cook. James and his wife enjoy travelling and sampling cuisines from around the world.
