Kyle Sauve

Kyle has over 20 years of experience in technology, business transformation, ERP, project management, engineering, and manufacturing. He has led mandates in several business areas such as information systems, operations, strategy, R&D, and product development. With strong vision and business acumen, he excels in business transformation, strategic planning, process improvement, and project and portfolio management. His recent work includes an ERP transformation for a global retailer, a digital transformation for a BC healthcare organization, and a service delivery program for a BC government agency.

Before joining Cascadia, Kyle built a reputation as a change agent and leader with a strong record of success in complex environments, delivering results at local, regional, and global levels. He holds a BASc in Chemical Engineering, a MASc in Mechanical Engineering, and a Certificate in Management Excellence.

Kyle enjoys mountain biking, running, surfing, reading and travelling. He keeps busy with his wife and two young children and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He volunteers his time coaching youth sports teams and trail building on the North Shore of Vancouver, BC.
